Do You Ship Overseas?
We do indeed. We ship all around Europe and America, as well as other places dotted all around the world.
How Much Is Post and Packaging?
UK: £2.00
Orders from the UK are sent First Class through the Royal Mail. They should take from around 1-3 days to arrive.
Europe: £3.20
Orders sent to Europe are sent through the Royal Mail and should take from around 4-7 days to arrive.
Rest of World: £4
Orders sent across the world are sent through the Royal Mail and should take from around 5-14 days to arrive.
What About Customs Charges?
We take the greatest care to try and ensure that our customers are able to avoid customs charges. However, in the case that a customs charged is issued, we will not be held responsible for payment.
Can I Return An Item?
An item may be returned for a full refund within 20 days or exchanged after this time if it is faulty, does not fit properly or the wrong size has been sent.
An item that is being returned must be in a new, sellable condition, unless it is a faulty.
How Do I Return An Item?
To return an item, the item must be placed in a sealed package along with the order/returns form that came with the initial order. Each order/returns form comes with a returning address label which should be attached to the package being returned.
Each customer is responsible for the payment of the returning postage and packaging.
